MITTERSILL, NH (CANNON MT, NH) - Once an abandoned ski area, Mittersill sat dormant until Cannon Ski Area next door annexed
its former neighboor. This has made a long time sidecountry favorite an official part of the resort. The area re-opened
in 2009 with the old lifts still standing. For the 2010-11 season Cannon built a new Doppelmayr/CTEC double chair. Read more about Mittersill at NELSAP.

NEW MITTERSILL DOUBLE (DOPPELMAYR/CTEC) - Dedicated Jan 1, 2011 this new double chair brings lift serviced skiing back to
the slopes of Mittersill, now part of Cannon Mountain ski resort.

FORMER LIFTS

MITTERSILL DOUBLE (HALL) - Once constructed in 1966 this double chair became the heart of this new england classic until
Mittersill closed its doors in 1984. The addition of the double brought Mittersill's vertical to 1500ft. The lift stood idle
from 1984 until summer 2010 when it was removed to make way for the new chair.

T-BAR 2 (HALL) - Built in the early 1960's this lift increased the vertical of the area to 800 ft. This
lift is standing as of 2011 but is not operating.

T-BAR 1 (Unknown) - the area's first lift was 450 vertical feet. This lift has been removed.
